Aritsugu aoshiko(blue steel) kasanekitae(layered) kiritsuke yanagi made in Japan. The blade is not stainless steel and must be cared for properly to prevent staining. The handle is red sandalwood with a buffalo horn bolster. Note: Color of bolster may vary.
