Masamoto 24 cm./9.5" (blade length) high carbon steel sujibiki made in Japan. Masamoto has a long reputation as one of Japan's best knife makers. Sujibiki knives are used for thinly slicing fish or meat. The blade is not stainless and must be cared for properly. It should be cleaned and dried after use to prevent staining. The handle is rosewood. The blade is sharpened on one side making it for right handed users. Knife comes boxed.
